We are looking for a part-time member liaison manager. This new role involves liaising with our existing corporate members by telephone and email to coordinate and drive our member round-tables programme.

We are a long established business-to-business information company located on the Gold Coast (founded in 1999). We are a publisher and organiser of conferences and events. Four years ago we launched a successful paid professional membership network called PASA Connect  that brings members together to learn from and with each other in round-table discussion sessions.

This role will coordinate the activities of those paid up members. It will involve:

  • Management of member data
  • Promotion of upcoming member activities
  • Coordination of registrations, agendas, venues and facilitators
  • Identifying and re-engaging unengaged members

This will require reasonable computer literacy (Excel and Outlook) together with strong written and verbal communication skills. In recent years, in line with common trends, we have moved to operating as a virtual business, with all team members working from home. This therefore requires employees who are self-driven and who can work without constant supervision.

We anticipate that the role will require approximately four hours per day, meaning 20 hours per week. The hours to be worked during ‘normal’ business hours.  The hourly rate of pay will be $27.50 + Statutory Superannuation + annual leave.

We will of course provide computer, phone and broadband. We have no pre-conceived ideas as to the age or gender most appropriate for this role.

If you are interested please send resume and a covering email telling us about you, your current situation and why you think you might be suitable for this role. Please address to Lesley Wardropper at Lesley@pasa.net.au
