CPO/Procurement Leadership (BRIS)

Agenda

How do we facilitate more valuable connections?

This topic is designed to see if there is an opportunity for us to set up networks across member organisations, to share approaches and opportunities for improvement, including policy/procedure development. In order to do this, we will ask each participating CPO to explain:

  • What you think you (as a procurement function) are doing well?
  • What would you like to improve (ie: Where do you think you are weak?)

From this, we hope to build connections in areas where members can help each other.

Responses to the Modern Slavery Act

What actions are members taking to ensure that they meet the requirements of the modern slavery legislation? And what should you be doing?

For this section of the round-table we will be joined by Scott Alden, a partner at Holding Redlich. Scott is spending much of his time at the moment advising clients on their response to the modern slavery legislation and has kindly offered his time to engage with the PASA Connect CPO Group.

If you have any other specific  issues or questions that you would like to raise, please submit with your registration, or directly to Nigel W.

If there is not time to address them on 15th May, we will add to the agenda for 13th June.
