Driving an effective change management programme (MEL)

Changing stakeholder behaviour is critical to the success of many procurement projects. But, instinctively, most people do not embrace change. In this round-table members will explore different tactics and strategies that they have employed to drive effective change in their organisation.

In preparation for the session, we would request that all participants make an effort to identify and share working examples of scenarios where they have successfully (or unsuccessfully) driven a change programme. Or perhaps you have a current project that you are working on that is going to require you to be a successful change agent? Bring it along for discussion.

When registering, please nominate specific issues that you would like to explore during the session and prior to the session think about examples that you can bring to the table to explore with the group.
