Our objective at this meeting is to “build a ‘business case’ for supplier diversity”. 

This will not be an easy task – it is not an easy case to make. The public, customer and stakeholder mood is clearly for more diversity everywhere and ultimately, if our supplier base should reflect our customer base and our staff views, so it too should be more diverse perhaps? By pooling our combined knowledge and experience into a single 60 minute drive which focuses on this problem, I believe we can build a cohesive template business case for supplier diversity which you could put in front of your CFO.
