Relationships and brand can play a major part in the buying decision and often cost and value are relegated to the back end of the process. In the session we will discuss the difference between cost, price and value and how professional services firms leverage higher prices whilst in reality they may not offer greater value. We will be looking at how you can manage the evaluation process to truly delivery best value for your organisation.
