Process Optimisation and Robotic Process Automation (BRIS)

RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is seen as one of the technologies destined to transform procurement. Automating laborious, repetitive tasks, will, in theory, free us up to be more strategic. But where do we start? What types of process or activity are suitable for automation? Are we looking to simply automate our existing processes, or should we be taking the opportunity the technology affords to completely reinvent our processes?
