Procurement automation – S2C – Source to Contract (VIRTUAL)

Whereas previously we have run procurement automation sessions for P2P (purchase to pay) and Contract management, this session will specifically focus on selecting and implementing S2C solutions.

The process begins with analyzing the product or service requirement and developing a sourcing strategy. Depending on who registers and the kinds of questions submitted, it is likely that we will bring in external experts from either consultants or solutions providers to assist with this session.
