Supplier Onboarding is something that all procurement professionals will have to deal with. And it is not always as straightforward as it seems. Indeed, many organisations struggle to bring suppliers on board. As we increasingly talk about ‘procurement agility’, addressing fundamental issues like how you can onboard a supplier effectively and quickly will be increasingly crucial.

Successful and easy onboarding of new suppliers can save time, retain focus on achieving common goals, manage risks and ensure your relationship starts off on the right footing. Poor supplier onboarding can of course have the opposite effect!

This session will explore:

• What tools are members using to drive successful supplier onboarding?
