How is your SRM programme fairing? Are you actually doing SRM or do you just think you are doing it?

SRM and contract management are inextricably linked, but are quite different things. This round-table will examine your SRM programme and how it is critical to the success of your overall contract and commercial management programme. 

During the round-table you will be able to compare your SRM programme with other members and also against ‘best-practice’.

This round-table will be led by Jennie Vickers, an IACCM SRM Expert Practitioner, who has had a life-long passion for improving relationships between suppliers and customers. Her day job is CEO of the NZ Defence Industry Association and in her spare time she delivers the IACCM SRM programme in NZ for Strategic Sourcing.

When registering please nominate any specific issues or questions that you would like to discuss during the round-table. And be prepared to share your programme. All attendees will benefit hugely from comparing their programmes with others.
