This C&P Department Key Performance Indicators defines the metrics by which performance within the department is measured and subsequently managed.  Each KPI measures C&P performance across 9 key areas:

8. Governance

9. Continuous Improvement

Your organisation needs to select the KPIs which best identify metrics for measuring performance across these areas, to achieve and informed and rounded summary of C&P Department performance.
