scientific process in nature. But applied to a single category can take on
something more of an art form.  

When you have
isolated the right data, and presented it well, understanding exactly which
question to ask is key. And this is often a function of procurement knowledge
& experience more than data.

the cloud-based Microsoft Power BI suit (which is free for Office 365
