Often, your first team leadership role is after a promotion from a more technical role, or by inheriting a small team. So, what are the essentials of modern team leadership and management? Can they be learned, or are leaders simply born that way? What is the difference between the two? How do you best lead a small team in the office and, particularly, in procurement – what’s different in our world?

Your expert presenter:

Naomi Lloyd has had an extensive background in procurement and supply chain leadership including leadership training in the RAAF and key roles at BHP, Goodman Felder and elsewhere. More recently, she led the Arnott’s procurement team for 8 years until the recent takeover, frequently working at C suite level, and was also the interim CPO at NSW Government
