The psychology driver behind contracts, interpretation, and management

This session was held 20th June 2023.

The greatest influence over the success of a contract isn’t the contractual paperwork, it’s the people involved.  Because we’re all different - with different experiences, values, and goals – we see things in a variety of different ways.   This session explore the psychology behind how we see contracts and commercial relationships how that affects what success means.  Most importantly, Dr Cullen will show how to harness that diversity rather than try to force people to be who they are not.
